We do not collect special categories of data (health, ideology, ethnic origin, etc.). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Recipients and data sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties, except:
- Google LLC — provider of Google Analytics 4, acting as data processor. Google may transfer data to servers in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com.
- Legal obligation — when required by law or a competent authority.
No international data transfers take place beyond those indicated above.
4. Retention period
- Contact form data: retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, in the case of a booking, for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the legally required period (up to 5 years for tax purposes).
- Analytics data (GA4): as per GA4’s retention settings, up to 14 months.
